Privacy Policy
PREAMBLE
This Privacy Policy is intended to inform WATOWEAR users, clearly, fairly, and transparently, of the conditions under which their personal data is collected, processed, and protected in connection with their use of the WATOWEAR website and mobile application, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (the “GDPR”) and French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on data processing, data files, and civil liberties, as amended (the “French Data Protection Act”).
This Privacy Policy is distinct from WATOWEAR’s Terms of Use and Terms of Sale, to which it remains legally complementary and inseparable in its application.
ARTICLE 1 : IDENTITY AND CONTACT DETAILS OF THE DATA CONTROLLER
1.1. Data Controller
The data controller for the personal data described in this Policy is Ms. Chloé Sasaa, trading as a sole trader under the French micro-entrepreneur regime, under the trade name WATOWEAR. Address: 199 Boulevard de la Source, 06410 Biot, France
SIRET (French business registration number): 909 614 927 00038
Contact email: contact@watowear.com
Telephone: +33 7 49 12 72 32
Pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (Code général des impôts), WATOWEAR benefits from the VAT exemption scheme applicable to small businesses. Accordingly, value added tax (VAT) does not apply to the services provided by WATOWEAR, and this mention appears on all commercial documents and invoices issued by WATOWEAR.
1.2. Data Protection Officer
As it currently stands, WATOWEAR is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer. This obligation, set out in Article 37 of the GDPR, only applies where at least one of three conditions is met: public authority status, large-scale processing involving regular and systematic monitoring of data subjects, or large-scale processing of sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR. None of these conditions currently applies to WATOWEAR, the body shape data it processes not constituting sensitive data as set out in Article 2.2 of this Policy. This analysis is kept under continuous review, in particular should the number of active users approach the threshold generally applied by supervisory authorities to characterise large-scale processing of sensitive data.
1.3. Hosting and Technical Infrastructure
The Service’s technical infrastructure, including the recommendation engine, the production environments, and the application’s database, is hosted by specialised cloud hosting and database providers established both within the European Union and in the United States. The terms of these transfers are set out in Article 7 of this Policy.
ARTICLE 2 : PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED
WATOWEAR collects and processes several categories of personal data, the extent of which varies according to the User’s actual use of the Services offered.
2.1. Identification and Account Data
When creating an account, WATOWEAR collects the User’s name, email address, and login credentials. Authentication may also take place through a third-party identification service; in that case, WATOWEAR only receives the basic identification information transmitted by that service and never has access, under any circumstances, to the passwords associated with the User’s third-party accounts.
WATOWEAR also retains the User’s subscription status and related billing history, excluding payment data itself, which never passes through WATOWEAR’s systems and remains exclusively processed by the relevant mobile application distribution platforms or, for orders placed directly on the website www.watowear.com, by the secure payment provider used for that purpose, in accordance with Article 6 of this Policy.
2.2. Body Shape and Appearance Data
This data is never requested by WATOWEAR as sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR. It is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of personalising styling and clothing recommendations, and never for the purpose of uniquely identifying or authenticating the individual concerned. Pursuant to Article 4(14) and Recital 51 of the GDPR, data relating to a person’s physical characteristics only falls within the category of sensitive biometric data where it results from a specific technical processing intended to uniquely identify or authenticate a natural person. WATOWEAR at no point carries out such identification, authentication, or biometric comparison based on the data referred to in this Article.
This classification rests on a test based exclusively on the purpose of the processing, not its duration. The persistent retention of this data, described below, is therefore immaterial to its legal classification: the Court of Justice of the European Union confirmed this principle directly in NADA
Austria (C-474/24, 14 July 2026), holding that the processing of photographs should not systematically be considered processing of sensitive data, this only being the case where the data is processed through a specific technical means enabling the unique identification or authentication of a natural person. The data covered by this Article is categorical and descriptive in nature and shared across a large number of users; it cannot, by construction, function as a unique identifier, regardless of how long it is retained.
This data is retained on a persistent basis and linked to the User’s profile, for the purpose of its reuse in future recommendations.
2.3. Photographs and Visual Content
WATOWEAR collects photographs of clothing, accessories, and shoes uploaded by the User to build their digital wardrobe.
Voice messages the User sends to Chloé, and the parts of a photograph that show the User themselves (used only to find the garments in it), are kept in private storage. They are never published at a public address: they are shown only through links that stop working after a short time, and they are deleted with the account.
As part of the in-store item recognition feature, WATOWEAR collects, at the time of capture, a single photograph of the item concerned. No price or size data is collected at this stage; this information is only collected, where applicable, once the User confirms an actual purchase, in accordance with the terms set out in Article 2.6 below.
To use WATOWEAR’s personalised styling service, the User must provide their skin tone, undertone, contrast level, skin colour, hair and eye colour, body shape, waist definition, and height category.
2.4. Wardrobe and Styling Preference Data
WATOWEAR collects and processes the category, sub-category, colour, material, pattern, and formality level of each item entered by the User, as well as the User’s stated styling preferences, their style identity, and the history of outfits that have been proposed to them, accepted, rejected, or actually worn.
2.5. Content of Exchanges with the “Chloé” Conversational Assistant
Messages, whether written or spoken, exchanged by the User with the conversational assistant integrated into the Service, known as “Chloé,” are collected, whatever the subject the User chooses to raise.
Where the User chooses to dictate a request rather than type it, in particular in the outfit generator, the recording is used only to turn the User’s words into text. WATOWEAR does not keep the recording or the transcribed words: the recording exists only for the duration of the request, including in a temporary file that is deleted when the request ends, and only the resulting text is returned to the application. To protect the Service, the number of recordings a User may send in an hour is limited.
2.6. Behavioural and Actual Usage Data
WATOWEAR collects confirmations that a clothing item has been worn, it being specified that this data only exists, for a given item, if the User actively confirms having worn it; the absence of such confirmation shall not be interpreted as proof that the item was not worn.
When the User confirms that a suggested outfit was worn, WATOWEAR also records which outfit it was and the day on which it was worn, counted in the User’s own time zone, at most once per outfit per day. This record is used to keep wear counts accurate and to tell the User that an outfit has already been logged that day.
WATOWEAR collects data relating to the User’s redirection to a commercial partner’s website, including the item viewed, the time of the redirection, and the outcome declared by the User upon returning to the application.
WATOWEAR collects data relating to the in-store item recognition feature, including the captured image and the opinion given by Chloé, which is strictly limited to two possible qualifications, namely a positive opinion or an opinion of uncertainty, excluding any categorical negative opinion, Chloé never being intended to formally prohibit or discourage a purchase. This data is retained for a period strictly limited to twenty-four hours from the time of capture, after which it is automatically deleted in the absence of purchase confirmation by the User, and this period is not extended by any deferral action on the User’s part.
WATOWEAR collects items that the User chooses to track in order to be alerted to a price drop or a change in availability, as well as the history of the User’s interactions with the recommendations offered to them.
Where the User answers the question “Was this helpful?” at the end of a help article, WATOWEAR records that answer, one per article, a later answer replacing an earlier one. It is used only to improve the help content.
When the User deletes their account, WATOWEAR keeps the reason they choose, if they choose one, and the short note they may write, together with whether an alternative was offered and taken. This record is kept without the User’s email address once the deletion is complete, and is used only to understand why people leave the Service.
2.7. Credits and Transaction Data
WATOWEAR retains the User’s Credits balance, the related transaction history, as well as the history of in-app purchases and subscriptions taken out. Payment data itself never passes through WATOWEAR’s systems at any point.
2.8. Technical Data
WATOWEAR collects, in the normal course of operating the Service, the type of device used, the operating system, the version of the application, connection logs, browsing data within the application, and, where technically necessary for a specific feature to function, approximate location data.
WATOWEAR also uses the time zone set on the User’s device: when the User records an outfit as worn, to know which day it was (it is not stored); and, where the User asks to be reminded of a planned outfit, so that reminders and other notifications arrive at the right local time, respect quiet hours, and stay within the daily and weekly notification limits. If the time zone cannot be read, none is recorded in its place.
When the User answers the question about where they live, the city the User types is sent, through WATOWEAR’s servers, to Open-Meteo, a geocoding service, to check that it is a real place and to obtain its proper name. If the User taps “Use my location”, the coordinates of the device at that moment are sent, through WATOWEAR’s servers, to OpenStreetMap (Nominatim) to find the town they are in. These providers receive only that city or those coordinates, with the technical information any request carries, and only when the User submits the city or taps “Use my location”. WATOWEAR keeps the resulting city name and an approximate, city-level position for it (rounded to about 10 km). That position is the one found from “Use my location” or from the city the User types. It is kept only to obtain the weather for outfit suggestions while Climate intelligence is on, it is deleted when Climate intelligence is switched off and with the account, and it is included in Download my data. If these services cannot be reached, the location service of the User’s own device may be used instead.
Words that the User types into a search in the application are used to answer that search. They are not written to WATOWEAR’s server logs.
Answers that the User gives during onboarding while their device has no connection are kept on that device until WATOWEAR’s servers accept them. They are removed from the device when the User signs out or deletes their account, and are not kept anywhere else until accepted.
ARTICLE 3 : PURPOSES OF PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASES
3.1. Provision of the Service and Performance of the Contract
Identification and account data, wardrobe data, and body shape and appearance data optionally provided, are processed for the purpose of creating and managing the User account, providing the Service’s features, and standard personalisation of styling recommendations. This processing is based on the performance of the contract between the User and WATOWEAR. The real-time
operation of the Chloé conversational assistant is based on this same legal basis.
3.2. Training and Improvement of the Recommendation Engine
The processing of the User’s actual behavioural data for the purpose of training, improving, or optimising the recommendation engine is based on no legal basis other than the User’s explicit, free, specific, and informed consent, obtained under the conditions precisely described in Article 4 of this Policy.
3.3. Essential Notifications Linked to a User Action
Notifications informing the User that an image has finished processing, of the outcome of an in- store recognition, or inviting them to confirm a pending purchase, are necessary for the performance of the service the User has themselves requested. This processing is based on the performance of the contract and does not, in any way, constitute a commercial communication; it is not, therefore, subject to any separate consent.
3.4. Optional Notifications
Notifications relating to style, activity relating to capsules and social features, and offers and news from WATOWEAR and partner brands, are only sent to the User after their consent has been obtained, expressed independently for each of these three categories, under the conditions set out in Article 5 of this Policy.
3.5. General Service Improvement and Usage Metrics
Technical data and usage data, processed in aggregated or pseudonymised form to the greatest extent possible, may be used to analyse usage of the Service and improve its features. This processing is based on WATOWEAR’s legitimate interest, subject to full respect for the rights and freedoms of the Users concerned.
3.6. Security, Fraud Prevention, and Legal Obligations
Connection data and activity history may be processed for the purpose of fraud detection and account security, on the basis of WATOWEAR’s legitimate interest. Billing data is retained in order to comply with WATOWEAR’s accounting and tax obligations.
ARTICLE 4 : SPECIFIC CONSENT TO MODEL TRAINING
4.1. Justification for Separate Consent
Current guidance from data protection authorities converges on requiring, for the training or improvement of an artificial intelligence system using Users’ actual behavioural data, free, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, obtained through a clear positive act, separate from any general acceptance of contractual terms. WATOWEAR strictly complies with this requirement.
4.2. Method of Obtaining Consent
Upon registration, the User accepts the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy through an act separate from that by which they consent, or decline to consent, to the use of their behavioural data for model training purposes. This second acceptance is presented as a box that is not pre- checked, accompanied by an explicit heading setting out the exact nature of the intended processing. The User is informed, at the time this consent is obtained, of the precise consequences of declining.
4.3. No Consequence of Declining on Access to the Service
Where the User declines the consent referred to in this Article, the application remains fully functional in all its features. No feature is restricted, degraded, or made conditional on acceptance of this processing. Only the contribution of the relevant User’s data to the future improvement of the model does not take place.
4.4. Withdrawal of Consent
The User may withdraw, at any time and without having to justify their decision, the consent given under this Article, from their account settings. This withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
4.5. Technical Limitation Inherent in Withdrawing Consent or Deleting the Account
Withdrawing consent, as well as deleting the User’s account, ends any future use of their data for model training purposes. It is nonetheless brought to the User’s attention, for the sake of transparency, that if their data has already contributed to the training of a model version already deployed prior to their request, there is, given the current state of the art, no mechanism enabling this data to be selectively “unlearned” by an already-trained model. This limitation constitutes a documented technical constraint specific to the current state of the art in the artificial intelligence sector, and not a shortcoming in WATOWEAR’s compliance approach.
4.6. Evolution of the Regulatory Framework
The legal framework applicable to training artificial intelligence systems on User data is likely to evolve at the European level. WATOWEAR adopts, as of the date of this Policy, the most protective approach to Users’ rights, namely obtaining explicit consent, and undertakes to review this Policy in the event of changes to the applicable legal framework.
ARTICLE 5 : NOTIFICATIONS
5.1. Essential and Functional Notifications
Notifications linked to an action initiated by the User themselves and requiring their attention remain active regardless of the User’s consent to the optional notifications referred to in Article 5.2, and do not constitute any form of commercial communication.
5.2. Optional Notifications
The User consents, independently for each of the following categories, to receiving notifications relating, firstly, to style and encouragement to use the Service daily, secondly, to activity relating to capsules and social features, and thirdly, to commercial offers and news from WATOWEAR and partner brands. When creating an account, the User may choose to receive news and offers from WATOWEAR and partner brands. This choice is never pre-selected, is recorded exactly as the User makes it, and can be changed at any time from the profile settings. Each category has its own activation and deactivation mechanism, independent of the other two. Declining one or more of these categories has no effect on the receipt of essential notifications.
For each kind of notification, the User may also choose whether it appears in the application, is sent to their phone, both, or neither. A phone notification that cannot be sent at once, for example during quiet hours or while no device is registered, waits until it can be sent; the same notification is never added to the application twice.
ARTICLE 6 : RECIPIENTS OF DATA AND SUB-PROCESSORS
6.1. Payment Platforms
Billing and subscription status data is transmitted to the relevant mobile application distribution platforms, which handle payment, subscription, and in-app purchase operations carried out within the application, under their own respective terms. For orders placed directly on the website www.watowear.com, this data is transmitted to the secure payment provider retained by WATOWEAR
for that purpose.
6.2. Artificial Intelligence Service Providers
Conversational data exchanged with the Chloé assistant, the behavioural data necessary to provide recommendations, and, where applicable, voice exchanges with the assistant and voice recordings dictated by the User, are transmitted to specialised artificial intelligence processing, speech recognition and voice synthesis providers.
6.3. Affiliate Network and Commercial Partners
In connection with the User’s redirection to a commercial partner’s or resale platform’s website, WATOWEAR uses a third-party affiliate network responsible for technically ensuring the attribution of the commission due to WATOWEAR. Only a technical redirection identifier, strictly necessary for this attribution, passes through this network and the relevant partner, excluding any other personal data belonging to the User.
6.4. Hosting and Visual Content Processing Providers
The User’s data is hosted by specialised cloud hosting and database providers. Photographs uploaded by the User are, in addition, processed by a provider specialised in the storage and technical processing of visual content, for the sole purpose of displaying and optimising these images within the Service.
6.5. Communications Providers
WATOWEAR uses specialised providers for sending transactional electronic communications, as well as for delivering the notifications referred to in Article 5 of this Policy.
6.6. Prior Contractual Guarantee, Applicable to Every Sub-Processor
No sub-processor referred to in this Article receives or processes personal data before being bound to WATOWEAR by a Data Processing Agreement compliant with Article 28 of the GDPR, requiring it to respect the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the personal data entrusted to it, and to process it only within the strict limits of WATOWEAR’s instructions. This guarantee is a prior and permanent condition applicable to any sub-processor, current or future, not a one-time formality limited to the providers in place as of the date of this Policy.
6.7. Product Analytics
Product analytics. If you allow analytics cookies, we use PostHog for product analytics, to understand how the app is used and improve it. This includes the screens visited, where taps land on a screen, and the device type, under a random identifier, never your name, your email or anything you type. It is stored on PostHog’s servers in the European Union, and it is not used for advertising or shared with third parties. You can turn it off at any time in Cookie settings, and it is deleted with your account.
ARTICLE 7 : TRANSFERS OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
Certain WATOWEAR sub-processors, including the artificial intelligence and technical infrastructure providers referred to in Article 6, may be established outside the European Union, including in the United States. No transfer of personal data to a country located outside the European Union takes place until it rests on one of the following mechanisms, effectively put in place beforehand: an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission under Article 45 of the GDPR; the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for providers certified under that framework; the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission, accompanied by a transfer impact assessment documented prior to any actual transfer, in accordance with Article 46(2)(c) of the GDPR; or any other safeguard recognised as valid under applicable regulations. This requirement applies permanently to any sub-processor established outside the European Union, current or future, and is supplemented, where necessary, by additional measures intended to guarantee a level of protection essentially equivalent to that provided within the European Union.
ARTICLE 8 : DATA RETENTION PERIODS
In accordance with the storage limitation principle set out in Article 5 of the GDPR, WATOWEAR only retains Users’ personal data for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
Account data, wardrobe data, and optionally provided body shape and appearance data are retained for the entire period during which the User’s account remains active, and are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period following deletion of that account.
Exchanges with the Chloé assistant are primarily processed in real time. Where retained beyond this, in particular for the training purposes referred to in Article 4, their retention is limited to the period strictly proportionate to that purpose.
Voice recordings dictated by the User are not retained by WATOWEAR beyond the time needed to transcribe them.
Onboarding answers kept on the User’s device while it has no connection are removed from the device as soon as WATOWEAR’s servers accept them, or when the User signs out or deletes their account.
The record of an account deletion described in Article 2.6 is kept without the User’s email address once the deletion is complete.
A copy of the User’s data prepared through Download my data is deleted from WATOWEAR’s storage when its download link expires, and in any case when the account is deleted.
Data arising from the in-store recognition feature is retained for a period strictly limited to twenty- four hours from the time of capture, as set out in Article 2.6.
Data relating to commercial redirection is retained for the period necessary to track the transaction concerned and compile aggregated statistics, after which it is anonymised. Technical data is retained for a period strictly limited to security, maintenance, and legal compliance requirements. Billing data is retained for the periods required by applicable accounting and tax record-keeping obligations.
ARTICLE 9 : COOKIES, TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES, AND TRACKERS
9.1. Nature of the Trackers Used
In connection with the use of the website and mobile application, WATOWEAR and its providers may use cookies, technical identifiers, SDKs, or equivalent trackers. These technologies fall into two distinct categories with regard to their legal treatment.
Some trackers are strictly necessary for the Service to function, including those enabling User authentication, session persistence, the memorisation of notification preferences, or the security of the Service. These trackers are not subject to any prior consent, in accordance with Article 82 of the amended French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and the guidelines issued by the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
Other trackers, including those relating to audience measurement that is not strictly necessary, advertising personalisation, or comparable tracking purposes, are subject to the User’s prior consent.
9.2. Obtaining and Managing Consent
Where the User’s consent is required, the relevant trackers are only activated once the User has expressed a positive and unambiguous choice. Continued browsing or use of the application alone shall not, in itself, constitute consent to the use of trackers requiring prior consent. The User may, at any time, withdraw their consent or amend their tracker preferences from the preferences management interface made available within the application, or from their own device or browser settings. These preferences are managed separately depending on the access platform used (mobile application or the website www.watowear.com); a choice expressed on one does not automatically carry over to the other. Withdrawing consent is as straightforward as giving it, in accordance with Article 7(3) of the GDPR.
9.3. Retention Period for Trackers
Trackers subject to consent are retained for a maximum period of thirteen months from the time they are placed, after which the User’s consent is sought again.
ARTICLE 10 : USER RIGHTS
10.1. Precise Enumeration of Rights
In accordance with the GDPR and the amended French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, every User has the following rights over their personal data:
A right of access, allowing them to obtain confirmation as to whether or not data concerning them is being processed and, where applicable, to access that data, in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR.
A right to rectification, allowing them to obtain the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data concerning them, in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR.
A right to erasure, under the conditions and limits set out in Article 10.3 below, in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR.
A right to restriction of processing, in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR. A right to object to the processing of their data on legitimate grounds, in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR.
A right to data portability, allowing them to receive the data they have provided in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR. A right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning them or similarly significantly affects them, in accordance with Article 22 of the GDPR. WATOWEAR specifies, in this regard, that recommendations produced by the Chloé assistant and by the recommendation engine constitute, in all cases, suggestions only: the User retains full control over their clothing, styling, and purchasing choices, and no automated decision producing legal effects or significantly affecting the User is made without the possibility of human intervention.
A right to establish directives regarding the fate of their personal data after their death, in accordance with Article 85 of the amended French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978. These directives may be communicated to WATOWEAR in accordance with the terms set out in Article 10.2 below.
A right to lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés, in accordance with Article 77 of the GDPR.
10.2. Exercising These Rights
These rights may be exercised by simple written request sent to contact@watowear.com. WATOWEAR may, in order to protect the confidentiality of the User’s data, request proof of identity before acting on the request.
The User may also download a copy of their data at any time from Profile, Privacy, Download my data. The copy is prepared in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and is delivered by a link sent to the User’s email address and available in the application while signed in. The link works for a limited time, stated in the email, after which the copy is deleted from WATOWEAR’s storage.
With respect specifically to the post-mortem directives referred to in Article 10.1, the User may record them directly by means of a free-text field accessible from their Account settings, and designate a contact person responsible for their execution by providing that person’s email address. These directives may be consulted, modified, or withdrawn at any time by the User for as long as their Account remains active.
10.3. Right to Erasure and Limitation Relating to Model Training
Any erasure request results in the irreversible deletion or anonymisation, within thirty days of receipt of the request, of the User’s personal data within WATOWEAR’s active systems. In accordance with the limitation set out in Article 4.5 of this Policy, this deletion cannot have the
effect of undoing the contribution already incorporated, prior to the request, into a model version already trained and actually deployed. This technical limitation is explicitly brought to the User’s attention at the time they submit their erasure request.
ARTICLE 11 : DATA SECURITY
WATOWEAR implements appropriate technical and organisational measures, in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR, to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including access control and authentication mechanisms, encryption of data where appropriate, regular backup procedures, restriction of data access to authorised personnel only, and periodic reviews of these measures.
In the event of a personal data breach likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of the Users concerned, WATOWEAR will notify this breach to the competent supervisory authority, and, where applicable, to the Users concerned, within the timeframes and in accordance with the arrangements provided for by applicable regulations.
ARTICLE 12 : DATA PROTECTION IMPACT ASSESSMENT
Given the processing of photographs and body shape data, and the implementation of a recommendation system based on artificial intelligence and behavioural profiling of the User, WATOWEAR conducts a Data Protection Impact Assessment, in accordance with Article 35 of the GDPR, documented separately from this Policy.
ARTICLE 13 : MINIMUM AGE OF USE
Use of the WATOWEAR service is reserved for individuals aged sixteen or older. WATOWEAR does not knowingly collect or process personal data relating to individuals under the age of sixteen.
ARTICLE 14 : AMENDMENT OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY
WATOWEAR reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time, in particular to reflect developments to the Service, changes in applicable legislation, or case law. Publication of a new version triggers an automatic email sent to the User at the address associated with their Account. Any substantial amendment is, in addition, notified to the User in advance, through a notification within the application or by any other appropriate means. The applicable version is the one published and accessible within the application at the time of use.
ARTICLE 15 : CONTACT
For any question relating to this Privacy Policy or the processing of their personal data, the User may contact WATOWEAR at contact@watowear.com, or by post at the following address: WATOWEAR, 199 Boulevard de la Source, 06410 Biot, France.
